Where There Is No Vision the People Perish

The year is 73 S.R. (Since Return). We have seen such dramatic things unfold in the last 73 years. The glory of the Lord becomes more and more evident everyday. When we were in our mortal lives during the second dispensation, we imagined what the Kingdom of God would be like when the Messiah returned to set up His ruler ship on earth. We could only rely on our experiences and what bits and pieces we could glean from the Scriptures. We had no idea what we were in for. Even as immortals, we are astounded at the immense scale of this kingdom. Never could we have imagined so many people organized together working in conjunction for a singular purpose. It almost could be compared to the tower of Babel only with righteous motives and a much larger scale. This was greatly made possible by all the people speaking the same tongue – Hebrew. Zeph.3:9. For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent. Our God is an active God and is not idle. This work ethic has been instilled in all mankind for there is always work to do. After all, being an agricultural society, there is always much work to be done. Amos 9:13-15. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God. Those who don’t go up to the temple to worship don’t receive any rain for their crops. At first, this was quite common, but has through time and the compliance of mortals, greatly diminished. Already we can see the curse upon the earth starting to diminish. As sin increased after Adam, so did the effects of the curse, but now that the second Adam is here and sin is starting to decrease with righteous rulers and a righteous King, we can see the effects of the curse starting to decrease and the beauty of God’s original creation becoming more and more evident. The wars of the nations against our Master are all over. The swords have been beaten back into ploughshares and the spears into pruning hooks. The farmer waits for the early rain and the latter rain to increase his harvest. Joel 2:23. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. As the farmer, we have seen the Holy Spirit of God, typified by the rain in its early and latter stages. The early rain was the Holy Spirit of God that came down at Pentecost as the rushing wind before a rain storm. As verse 23 speaks of, it was given moderately to earthen, mortal vessels and was temporal. Mankind lived in a spiritual drought for 2,000 years until Messiah returned to earth, bringing with Him the latter rain. This was the Holy Spirit given to immortals without measure, so that the nations could be subdued and the healing process begun. With the rain we are reminded of the rainbow, the sign of covenant. There are seven colors to the rainbow. This is the number of spiritual perfection, the covenant number, the number of God’s seal. The colors of the rainbow have so much meaning to us as immortals now because having abolished the flesh. It is a representation of our lives from birth as sinners to immortalization as kings and priests. The color red is the color of flesh, which we know is sinful. Yellow is the color of trial or tried faith. Orange, as a combination of these colors is the color of flesh (red) going through a fiery trial (orange) to have tried faith (yellow). This yellow tried faith when combined with blue, the healing power of the Word of God, will produce the green of immortality. Indigo, which is a large mixture of blue with a little red, shows God’s Word mixed with the sacrifice of the flesh producing the priestly color. Last of all is purple or violet, which we know is the kingly color, mixing the man of the flesh (red) with the Word of God (blue). Combining these together we see ourselves as the rainbow or covenanted ones, who being born of the flesh went through many fiery trials to try our faith and with the help of the healing power of the Word of God became immortalized kings and priests who bring the water, or Word of God to grass, or mankind. There have been Scriptures written of us as the rainbow or rainbowed ones that during our mortal lives we didn’t fully grasp and couldn’t begin to comprehend. Rev.4:2-3. And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. The person on the throne is Christ Jesus. The sardis stone is red representing flesh combined with the jasper stone, which was clear as crystal, representing immortality, showing the make up of our Master.Rev.21:11. Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. The rainbow around the throne is us, the immortalized saints. Once again, the rainbow is the symbol of covenant, so those of this rainbow surrounding the throne are covenanted ones, having received our reward, sitting on thrones with crowns of righteousness. In Rev.4:5, the lightning and thundering are judgments. Voices are royal decrees and commandments. The seven lamps of fire before the throne are the seven spirits of God. These seven spirits are those who went to the seven first century ecclesias which represented all the ecclesias of the world. The seven lamps of fire are the redeemed from all the ecclesias of the world that have not let their light go out, but were lights shining in dark places. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. In verse 6, the sea of humanity is brought into subjection and is no longer casting up dirt and mire. The cherubim are the immortalized saints who guard and vindicate the righteousness of God as in the Garden of Eden and the mercy of God as over the mercy seat. And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. These are the little flock in Lk.12:32 who were redeemed at Christ’s second appearing. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. This is a community described in Rev.7:9-17 by John as a great multitude which no man could number, of all nations and kindreds and people and tongues, otherwise known in 1 Pet.2:9-10 as a holy nation. After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. I Peter 2:9. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Things have not always been so peaceful and righteous. Let me take you back to when it all started. I can remember it like it was yesterday. It was September 27, 2000. The intifada or uprising of the Palestinians was incited by the terrorist Yassar Arafat. Many lives were lost with the heaviest casualties being inflicted on the Palestinians. The biggest difference was that the Palestinians were sending their children to incite battles, often killing them themselves to increase the death toll and gain worldwide sympathy for their cause. In contrast, though the Israelis lost a lot less people, each death was viewed as a huge loss and waste of the God-given life which is so precious. The Palestinians had no regard for life and even glorified death as a treasured thing to strive for. The Israelis lived on a strip of land about 40 miles wide between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. They had repeatedly been driven into exile to the four corners of the earth emerging from the Holocaust to create a vibrant new nation, rising from the desert like the bones of Ezekiel’s vision to return to their own land. Ez.36:24-Ez.37:14. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen. Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations. Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel. Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded. And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by. And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it. Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be inquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock. As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the LORD. The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD. A representative of one of the sons of Abraham, Osama bin Laden, declared was against the other offspring of Abraham, unleashing his hidden network of death-wielding followers. He sought to ignite hatred among the world’s one billion Moslems to destabilize the region and wage holy war. He clearly stated his goal – fulfilling the wish of Allah which he interpreted to be the extermination of Israel. Despite being immortal, despite knowing the sibling rivalries between Ishmael and Isaac and Esau and Jacob, I still find it hard to understand the utter feeling of hate one brother has for another. Israel was only a nation of 6 million facing the hostility of one thousand million. They were mainly alone, the center of global attention, in the eye of a furious storm that threatened to engulf the entire world. How improbable was it, that the tiny nation of Israel had attained such global importance that it was on the minds of the whole world! Many abandoned the nation of Israel and took their chances at peace with a billion Moslems. They thought the burden of a Jewish state was just too great.

September 11, 2001 two hijacked airplanes struck the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York. Air Force One is next, read the message received by the U.S. Secret Service. Minutes later Secret Service agents grabbed Vice-President Dick Cheney from his seat in the White House where he was watching television and hustled him down to the President’s emergency operations center, which was a bunker built to withstand a nuclear blast. The Secret Service reached a frightening conclusion. The terrorists had obtained the White House code and a whole set of top-secret signals. This made it possible for a hostile force to pinpoint the exact position of Air Force One, its destination and its classified procedures. The hijackers were picking up and deciphering the presidential plane’s incoming and outgoing transmissions. The terrorists had also obtained the code groups of the National Security Agency (NSA) and were able to penetrate the NSA’s state-of-the-art electronic surveillance systems. They seemed to have at their disposal an electronic capability that was more sophisticated that that of the NSA. The bin Laden family invested in some of the world’s biggest and most advanced satellite and telecommunications companies. World Space Communication was one of the known bin Laden assets. Counter-terrorism agencies, including NSA had been tracking World Space Communication because some of their satellites were far more advanced than NSA’s eyes in the sky. Bin Laden also hired the best computer experts on the market. One was Nabil Khan Kani, a Syrian. No one suspected the likeable Syrian until FBI agents found two apartments he used in Yemen that served as weigh stations for Egyptians suspected with Egyptian Islamic Jihad and Algerians connected with Armed Islamic Group. Investigators found fake IDs with different names, but Kani’s picture. Kani was the author of technology known as steganography. This enabled users to bypass electronic monitoring by hiding messages randomly in seemingly innocent digital files, such as music files, eBay’s online marketplace, pornographic files or even e-mail headers. Scrambled with the help of basic encryption tools, they could only be read by those with a key. These messages left no trace of their presence. U.S. intelligence had been unable to trace the authors or recipients since first detecting evidence of their existence in the files of the bin Laden organization. The attacks in New York and Washington D.C. were coordinated through those encrypted electronic messages, which were opened by key holders. The terrorists were also in possession of all or parts of the codes used by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the National Reconnaissance Office, Air Force Intelligence, Army Intelligence, Naval Intelligence, Marine Corps Intelligence and the intelligence offices of the State Department and Department of Energy.

Chemical, biological and nuclear weapons were used on the United States. Anthrax, small pox and bubonic plague were randomly dumped in the water supply in various cities. Bin Laden’s terrorist network exploded several Soviet-built nuclear suitcase bombs in cities around the United States which would level everything within a couple of miles of ground zero and cover even a wider area with carcinogenic nuclear poisons. The tritium triggers on these nuclear suitcase bombs were thought to have been decayed, so that they wouldn’t detonate, but Pakistan’s chief nuclear engineer, Bashiruddin Mahmoud, a follower of bin Laden, was able to recharge the triggers. Dirty bombs were also used, comprised of regular explosives laced with nuclear waste materials or deadly nerve agents. Men’s hearts truly were filled with fear. Lk.21:25-26. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

In the meantime, during Ramadan and its heightened religious fervor, the Palestinians declared statehood, taking part of Israel to be their new country and trying to control Jerusalem. A terrible outbreak occurred between Israeli and Palestinic people, with the Palestinic people suffering great losses. Bin Laden, the new Muslim hero, usurped the authority of Yassar Arafat and called upon his Muslim brethren to jihad – one of the five pillars of the Muslim faith. The nations around Israel didn’t need much of an excuse to want to destroy Israel. Bin Laden portrayed his jihad warriors as valiant defenders of the Muslim cause by launching an unprecedented attack upon Israel with the aim of provoking a strong Israeli military response. The Palestinians needed help and her Muslim brethren, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq were all too willing to join in the fray. Psa.83. A Song or Psalm of Asaph. Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah. Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison: Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.

Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna: Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession. O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind. As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire; So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm. Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD. Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish: That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth. Anthrax missiles were aimed for Israel from Iraq, but were never successful. The Lord God Almighty gave the victory to His people Israel, and as they did in the 1967 and 1973 wars, they expanded their territory to include these lands, from the River Nile in Egypt to the Euphrates River in Iraq. Though Israel was the one attacked, all other nations considered her to be the aggressor. Many countries sent delegations to Israel to persuade her to give up this land, but the Lord had prophesied that Israel would possess this land for an everlasting inheritance and she would not give it up. The Muslims not destroyed, fled to the outer edges of what had been Israel’s previous neighbors. Israel’s new neighbors were Iran, Turkey, Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia in the north and Libya and Ethiopia to the south.

The Muslims asked Ros (Russia) for help. Russia, seeing an opportunity for great wealth, the opportunity to once again rise to super power status, the opportunity to be champion for the Arabs and not liking Israel being so close to her own borders, now attacked Israel with her confederation of countries – Put (Libya), Cush (Ethiopia and the Sudan) to the south and Persia (Iran), Togarmah (Turkey), Gomer (Ukraine), Meshech and Tubal (Armenia and Georgia), and Magog (Kazakhstan) to the north. Ez.38:1-15. And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee. Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land. Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it? And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army: Israel had let her defenses down thinking that since she had already conquered her nearby neighbors, she had no fear. The people had been weary of war for so long and with those threats living all around her now subsided, she finally felt she could rest in peace and had nothing to fear. Rest in peace is what she almost did too! If not for the promised God had made so long ago to Abraham and then again to David, surely she would have ceased to exist as a nation, as she was close to many times in her perilous history. She didn’t acknowledge God as the victor over her Arab enemies, but took His glory for herself thinking she had done it by her own might. Israel was being defeated mightily when the greatest event in mankind’s history occurred. The Lord Jesus, the rejected brother of these Jews, in all his glory and splendor returned from heaven. Ez.38:16-39:7. And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them? And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face. For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel; So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother. And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD. Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD. So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. Zech.14:1-7. Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. His feet touched down on the Mount of Olives, setting off an earthquake, splitting the mount in half. This plate that Israel sits on, the center piece of the puzzle, caused all the other great tectonic plates to shift, causing worldwide destruction on a scale mankind has never seen. Jesus in all his fury destroyed Gog to such a degree, that it took seven months to bury the dead. The armaments of war were no match for the armaments of Jesus Christ who controls the powers of nature. Tanks, surface-to-air missiles, bombers, fighter jets and various weaponry are useless against pestilence. The greatest army on the earth at the time of Moses had to bear the different plagues and pestilences from a people who were their slaves. The greatest ruler on the earth at the time of Daniel was made to be like a beast. Overflowing rain that floods everything so that tanks and military vehicles can’t drive. Water that floods runways, so that planes can’t take off or land. Storms that render radar and satellite surveillance useless. Great hailstones and lightnings that endanger human lives if they risk being caught afoot. Volcanic eruptions that produce hot ash obscuring the ground from satellite images. Brimstone with great concentrations of deadly sulfuric acid. These were the things that happened to Gog and all her mighty host. The same city that witnessed Jesus Christ’s shame beheld His victory. To this day when men travel through, they find bones that are a remnant of the dead and leave markers for the buriers to find. It is to this day called Hamon-Gog or multitude of Gog. Ez.39:8-16. Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken. And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years: So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog. And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land. Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD. And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search. And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.

And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.

Jesus upon his return had raised the dead to life and called all his saints to Sinai to await judgment for their probationary lives, while he fought against Gog. None of the household of Christ could be rewarded until he reappeared out of the antitypical Holy of Holies. Then he pronounced a blessing upon the worthy. He knew by experience what kind of trials and temptations we had to undergo and he empathized with us. Heb.4:15. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Upon His return from battle, he judged the saints. All of us had friends, family, spouses or children who were cast out for unfaithfulness, but contrary to what we believed about how sad we would be, we were overjoyed to be part of the faithful remnant deemed worthy of immortality. After all, our brethren had the same opportunity to serve God as anyone else, and the judge, he is a righteous judge. He granted us with infinite grace and mercy to allow us to co-habitate with Him in His kingdom and even with this extreme grace and mercy extended unto all of us, some were found not worthy. Who are we to question the true and righteous judge of all mankind?

When Jesus began to exercise the office of a king, He influenced the thoughts and actions of all mankind. To Jesus belongs the honor of being the Davidic seed who is sitting upon David’s throne. Amos 9:11. In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: Acts 15:16. After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: God’s holy prophets spoke of a time when the children of Israel would be no more scattered among the Gentiles, nor be divided into two kingdoms, but have one king to rule over them all. A day in which God would raise up the tabernacle of David that was fallen and build it as in the days of old. Isa.9:6-7. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Jer.33:20-21. Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them. And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD. The heir to David’s throne was only able to take possession of His throne by using power. Before Joshua could establish the twelve tribes in the land of Canaan, he had to subdue the various nations who then held possession of it. Jesus, the antitype of Joshua had to do a similar thing, but on a much larger scale. Joshua delivered the Israelites from idolatrous, Gentile nations, who stood in their way to settling the land of promise. Those who had been constituted faithful at the judgment then performed their role in Psa.149:5-9. Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD. These were those who had given up innumerable pleasures of the flesh that could be found and obtained everywhere. These were those who didn’t compare themselves to the people of their day and consider themselves righteous, but compared themselves to Christ and knew that they weren’t righteous. Lk.17:10. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. Only by the infliction of severe and unprecedented chastisements upon the existing governments were the proud and lofty kings and princes of the Gentiles humbled and made to give their loyalty to the king of the Jews. Rev.19:19. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. The Gentile rulers stoutly opposed this warrior-king, thinking that he was like one of them. The Gogian nations against whom he fought came to know him for who he was. The confederations of the kings of Europe, who had thrown their lot in with the harlot or Catholic, or universal religious system, headed up by he who blasphemes and called himself God, having the Vicar of Christ, and the keys of Peter, the Pope, the man of sin, the son of perdition who wore the numbers 666 upon his head, the number of man and everything against God that man stands for, stood up against Jesus Christ and his kingdom not having perceived his true identity. If they had really believed it was He who had been long promised to return to this earth in like manner as He had departed, they would not have continued their fight against Him, but would have laid down their arms against Him and bowed the knee to the majesty on earth. The apostasy had prepared them to ignore the telltale signs of who He was and instead had prepared them to believe a lie. They believed Him to be the Anti-Christ as though there could be only one anti-Christ, for all those against Christ are anti-Christs. They had not been able to recognize that anti-Christ had resided in their midst for over 2,000 years as a religious harlot committing spiritual adultery along with her harlot daughters, preaching the doctrines of apostasy and putting to death the true believers throughout the annals of history. They were looking to ascend to heaven, when he, who was in heaven, has already descended and started to establish his kingdom on earth as the scriptures over and over promised. They were directly in his path as he looked to expand his kingdom over the whole earth. Jesus, who in the days of his flesh refrained from summoning legions of angels to protect him, commanded legions of saints, equal unto the angels, to strike terror into the hearts of his enemies and to subdue them. Rev.19:11-21. And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. Ez.39:17-22. And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD. And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward. Rev.18-19:9. And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. The Gentile lions had been permitted for hundreds of years to play havoc with the lost sheep of the house of Israel, but the good shepherd, Jesus, assumed charge over them to feed them. Ez.34:22-31. Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle. And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it. And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods. And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing. And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them. And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid. And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more. Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD. And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD. They were permitted to assist in punishing the nations for so grievously afflicting God’s chosen people in previous ages. This defeat of the Gentile powers was done more speedily and effectively by a political combination as they collectively gathered their forces to battle. Joel 3:9-17. Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD. Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the vats overflow; for their wickedness is great. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more. To the natural eye, this gathering appeared to be brought about quite naturally by human means, but in reality they were pawns in the Almighty’s had for He ruleth in the kingdoms of men. Joel 3:1-2. For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. Zeph.3:8. Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. Isa.66:16. For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many. Psa.2:2-4, 9. The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 2 Thes.1:7-8. And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 Thes.2:3,8. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

God’s vengeance punished the nations for their past sins and prepared mankind for a new order of things. The destruction of the kingdoms of men and the establishment of God’s kingdom was not one day’s work. It is gradual, illustrated by Jesus in the parables of the mustard seed and the leaven in Mt.13:31-33. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. It was quite appropriate how God allowed the battles to be fought. The Arabs had been the enemies of Israel since the time of Abraham, so Israel was given the victory over the Arabs. Jesus had been denied as the Son of God by the Moslem people and Mohammed was elevated to his position. Jesus gained the victory over Gog and her Moslem people. The saints’ blood had cried out from under the altar from the persecutions of the papal system for 2,000 years. The saints were given the victory over the Mother of harlots and her harlot daughters. Like David, Jesus had to subdue some of his enemies before he could establish his throne at Jerusalem, for Zion was to be redeemed with judgment. Even then, after the battles with Gog and the Harlot, there were foes at a distance that had to be brought into subjection to him. When he whom God raised from the dead seated himself upon his throne at Jerusalem, he summoned all the kings and other rulers to resign their power and render submission to him who alone is entitled to be king over all the earth. Those who refused, the immortal saints bound with chains and fetters of iron. Those who complied with the mandate issued by the monarch of the whole earth were permitted to live quietly as subjects of the Lord of lords and King of kings. All kings fell down before him. All nations serve him. Empires, monarchies, republics and democracies are things of the past. Instead of there being a United States of America, or a European Union, or a United Nations Organization, all nations of the earth have been united into one vast kingdom extending over the whole globe, ruled by King Jesus and his brethren, who reign on earth with him. God’s vengeance was to punish the nations for their past sins and prepare mankind for a new order of things. The object of Jesus Christ coming back to the earth was not only to execute destruction. He also has been carrying out a great work of reconstruction or as it was referred to by Peter in Acts 3:21, a restitution of all things. Jesus, as the antitype of Melchezidek, is now the King of Salem, which is King of Peace, for it was predicted that when sitting upon the throne of David of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end. The power given to Jesus was used to bring about that time for which mankind had been longing. Was has ceased and peace has been established. Isa.2:2-4. And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. The proud have been humbled and the Lord alone exalted. Isa.2:11. The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. The mighty have been brought down from their lofty seats and those of low degree have been exalted. Lk.1:51-52. He hath showed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree. The inequalities of society have been leveled. The Jews, instead of rejecting Jesus, have acknowledged him as their king. Hos.3:5. Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days. Zech.12:10. And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. This has been on a much grander scale than it was with Joseph and his brothers in Egypt. Their hearts were unburdened from a guilty conscience through the mercy of their brother. The Gentiles no longer believe lies. Jer.16:19-21. O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit. Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The LORD. They worship and fear the true God. Mal.1:11. For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts. Wild beasts have been tamed. Isa.65:25. The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD. Unlike the foolishness of the theory of evolution, God has made immediate changes to the beasts. No longer do animals feed upon others. They feed upon crops. For this reason the carnivorous animals have had their teeth changed to follow the pattern of cud-chewing animals. No longer is it survival of the fittest, for that has already happened, especially in mankind. Those who have survived were not the most physically fit, but the most mentally fit for the kingdom of God. Because of their mental fitness, they have been made the most physically fit, as well, being made immortal. Even with the mortal race, death has been greatly diminished. Isa.65:22. They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. The earth has been filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Hab.2:14. For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Many of our brethren played fast and loose with God’s precepts in the second dispensation. They knowingly and willfully were determined to go their own way. The moment came when Christ spoke to them in judgment because they had cast away those precious days with the opportunity to sanctify Him. They went through life with no sense of purpose, just filling in the time between birth and death. Now they have not lived to see these most glorious things that the mind could not comprehend in our previous dispensation. All the things of that dispensation were as nothing when compared with the things of this kingdom. Everything that was given up was well worth it, for the sensual pleasures of our mortal flesh were fleeting as we always strove to gratify the flesh with more or with something new. It could never be satisfied. These pleasures we have received as immortals are more gratifying, more satisfying, more fulfilling than we could have imagined. Our minds have been unburdened with the battle of the flesh and Spirit. Our only desire is to serve God and Jesus. To build and create as our Creator. Not to destroy and tear down. Much like when we were new creations at our baptisms and our minds seemed to fill so easily and rapidly with the Word of God, so it is as immortals. In our mortal state we used only 10% of our brain’s capacity. Now the other 90% is being utilized. If it were not for being immortal, we would have sensory overload. As mortals, we would have deja-vus, when we felt as though we had been in a situation before when it was actually our first time to be there. This was a small portion of our mortal mind that was opened up that allowed us to know the future. As immortals we know the future and it is glorious. As mortals, some were able to see things that others couldn’t see. For example, Balaam was allowed to see an angel that had always been there, yet his eyes had not been opened to see him. We still are excited for the end of the thousand years when sin is cut off, those who remain are either put to death as unworthy of immortality or given immortality, so that all that remain are immortal, and God will dwell with us. The subjects of the kingdom are all mortal flesh and blood beings, but the rulers are immortal beings. At the end of this period, the mortals will cease to exist and all who are found worthy will be exalted to the same nature as the immortals, constituting the great harvest from among men. 1Cor.15:25-26, 28. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. Rev.21:4. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. The earth will then become the eternal abode of all the immortal righteous.

As I mentioned earlier, there was much work to be done at the outset of setting up God’s kingdom again upon the earth. We set about the task of establishing Christ’s kingdom and building his temple. Everyone had a job to do and there was so much to do. Brothers Robby Bennett, Virgil Reed and Norwood Shelton along with a mortal, Joel Cobb, were given the responsibility of using the talents God had given them to design the temple according to His plan given in the book of Ezekiel. Bro. Tony Farnsworth was in charge of having the materials hauled in for the construction of the temple. Brothers Ed Davis and Joel DiLiberto oversaw the construction of the multi-storied building along with the mortal Bro. Jessie Davis. Bro. Gerald Sankey oversaw the construction of the plumbing. You can only imagine what a large job this was for a building that was a mile square with the volume of people passing through there each year. Brothers Tom Azbill and Danny Stanton designed the heating and air conditioning of this great complex. Even though the four seasons of the year have smoothed out where there aren’t such dramatic weather changes, our Lord Jesus wanted all those coming up to worship to be comfortable, so their minds would be upon serving Him and not the discomforts of the flesh. Electricity was not used because of the pollution it creates, but methods that were much simpler and had been overlooked for its simplicity by mortals. We know that the wisdom of God is foolishness with men, so man in his so called wisdom had overlooked these simple ways of God of daily comfort. Bro. Jim Govro was placed in charge of geology around the temple since there had been such dramatic changes in this area since the return of Christ. His job also has involved checking the flow of water from the temple and testing the salinity of the Dead Sea. Highways were built that all led to the temple. A mortal, Steve Bennett, who has now taken on the saving name of Jesus Christ, was placed in charge of this road building. Isa.19:23-25. In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians. In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land: Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance. This scripture also has spiritual symbology to it. The garden of Eden was located in Assyria. Egypt always represented the world and sin. The road from sin to the Garden of Eden, or the kingdom and Tree of Life, goes through Israel or Christ.

While all this construction was going on, this is when the Papacy organized all nations of the earth to come and fight against Anti-Christ – the name they called our master Jesus. Some of these verses we have already looked at, but I would like to refer back. Rev.17:1-6, 12-15. And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. Rev.18:6-8, 20, and 24. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. Rev.19:1-6. And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. The harlot had been conquered and the task continued of building the temple and educating the masses on what was required of them, teaching them the truth of God’s word instead of the lies they had always known. This task was a huge job, but given to the charge of able Brothers and Sisters of whom a few were Glenda Stephens, Joey Moon, Betty Wood, Laura Canady, Steve Howe, Susanne Howe, Adam Kuipers, Adam Canady, Yvonne Mansour, Carrie Sankey, Stuart Sanders, Camille McElmurry, Tonya Moore, Jordan Harrison, Keith Langevin, Brad Shelton and Annette Shelton. They were sent in groups to the four corners of the earth. Brother Gary McElmurry was given the duty of printing God’s Word into Bibles for all the mortals and Brother Jim Huie distributed them throughout the earth. Brother Chuck King, Bro. Fred Rambo, Sis. Leah Sankey, Bro. Charlie Wireman, and Bro. Dave Donatucchio were given the former position of Paul during the time of the first century ecclesias – as ambassadors to the world’s new ecclesias. Communication was vital to operating a kingdom on this scale. Edicts and pronouncements had to be made known, as well as those mortals called up to the temple yearly. Communication experts, Sis. Geraldine Bankston, Sis. Brinda Dew, Sis. Vicki Husted, Bro. Ron Mansour, and Bro. Trace Moore oversaw this work. Sister Marian Dawson, Bro. Robert Miller, and Bro. Kyle Miller and the mortals in their care figured the 10% tithes each year for the priest’s share. The necessity for either a priest or a sacrifice is evidence of the existence of sin. Christ’s shed blood is the only means of blotting out transgressions and obtaining release from death. Jesus is to continue to act as a priest after his return to earth. Zech.6:12-13. And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. Once again, a priesthood is only necessary where there are mortal, sinful men. There was no priest on earth before the introduction of sin and there will be none after it has been abolished. The presence of Jesus on earth, acting in the capacity of a priest, proves that as he sits on the throne of David at Jerusalem, there are sinful men living on the earth under the sentence of death. Priests and sacrifices have been revived. The sacrifices in this age instead of being prospective, as they were under the Mosaic covenant and looking forward to Christ’s death, are retrospective. Instead of types of the future, they are memorials of the past. The offering of sacrifices is an effective way for the inhabitants of the earth to manifest their faith. This shows that they recognize the principle that without shedding of blood there is no remission of sin and that it is only by virtue of the shed blood of him that sits as a priest upon his throne that they can be redeemed from the power of death. Ez.40:39-43. And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering. And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables. Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices. And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice. And within were hooks, an hand broad, fastened round about: and upon the tables was the flesh of the offering. There are eight tables for slaying the sacrifices on. This is to be a constant reminder that sin will be slain on the eighth day. The mortals have been provided with a number of religious teachers of whom I mentioned a moment ago. Jesus is not the only priest upon the earth. Aaron was the head of a household of priests and Jesus occupies a similar position. All who overcame the evil world by the one faith were raised to the rank of being associated with him in his priestly office. Rev.1:6. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Rev.5:10. And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. They, as well as Jesus, have been united in both priestly and kingly functions. In this respect, he, as well as they, is like Melchezidek who was at the same time king of Salem and priest of the Most High God on the account they are designated a royal priesthood. Under the Mosaic Law, there was a separate order of men for priests from the tribe of Levi and another for kings from the tribe of Judah. Both were mortal and fallible, but now it is not that way. The same order of men conducts both religious and political duties on an immortal and infallible basis. They have superceded all those who held those offices, becoming not only the rulers of the people, but also their religious instructors. Mortals were required each year to worship at the temple and came from all points across the globe. All the mortal Jews were to bring sacrifices to the temple to correct their misunderstandings from a previous dispensation of who the sacrifices represented. Bro. Scott Huie, Bro. Jim Canady and a mortal, now a brother, Joel Sanders with the help of another mortal who is now a brother, Dennis Reed, used their knowledge and God-given ability in art and technology to make signs all over the earth showing the way to Jerusalem and how far it was. Sister Robbin Sanders, Sis. Jessica Miller, and two mortals who have taken on Christ’s name, Christa Lowery and Lane Huie, were able to discern between acceptable and unacceptable sacrifices. For those needing to purchase animals for sacrifice, Sis. June Cox, Sis. Jackie King, Sis. Shannon Sankey and Sis. Carolyn Miller were given this responsibility because their weights and balances were just and their scales fair. Administrators were needed throughout the kingdom to keep records and do the bookwork to show who had come up to worship and tithed. These administrators were sent throughout the world to help the apostles in the administration of the kingdom. The best of these were Bro. Greg Hoogkamp, Sis. Mary Miller, Sis. Judy Sanders, Sis. Anita Huie, Sis. Debbie Briley and three mortals who are now baptized, Diane Dawson, Marilyn Ward, and Trey Williams.

Mortals have been coming and going through the temple for 73 years now and it seems as though it has always run this smoothly, but that was not the case at first. There was much confusion at first among the mortals as they came up as to what they were to do and how to go about it. Sisters Trish Davis, Becky Lewis, Jennifer Sanders, and Katie Stanton organized things so that they run as smoothly as they do now. Four sisters and three new brethren headed up a group in charge of feeding the masses as they came to Jerusalem. These were Sis. Una Azbill, Sis. Mary Jane Bennett, Sis. Annette Carroll, Sis. Pam Rambo, Bro. Michael Bruscato, Bro. Paul Kuipers, and Bro. Matt Farnsworth. Unlike us immortals, the mortals are still prone to sickness and injury and for this cause Sis. Natalie Bennett, Sis. Emily Gibbs, Sis. Missy Hill, Sis. Evelyn Govro, Sis. Jeanne Dew, Sis. Aviel Gini, Sis. Heidi Lovejoy, Sis. Rachel Moore and Bro. Mike Sanders were placed in charge of health care. With so many people using the temple facilities, there was maintenance to be done. This was placed in the charge of Bro. Thomas Sanders, Bro. Bobby Cox, and Bro. Steve Wedlund. Preparing the rooms that the visitors all stayed in, making sure they would accommodate the amount of people in their traveling party and that they had clean rooms was overseen by Sisters Markeeta Wireman and Elizabeth Sanders. Throughout the world, the mortals were helped in raising their children by experts sent to the four corners of the earth. These experts were Sisters Carol Ann Hill, Sara Strack, Liz Sankey, Tami Cobb, Marie Huie, Barbara Reed, and Becky Stanton. The mortals were given fine examples of virtuous men and women, who had served God well in their mortal lives. These were Sisters Dortha Canady, LaQuita Eads, Ruth Osteen and Brothers Brian Fulkerson and John Washeck. Disputes from time to time break out amongst the mortals, but these are solved quickly and justly because Sister Leasa Ray hears their problems and along with Brother Don Carroll acts as a mediator between the two dissenting parties. Many of the mortals that are children of those who are immortal are renown for their zeal for God’s Word and their leadership in their zest for serving Him. Brothers Brad Shelton, Todd Lindeblad and Sister Dawn Rambo were occupied with the teaching, organizing and making music and dance that brings glory to God. Ez.40:44. And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north. Bro. Mac Briley organized crews to tend and keep the area around the temple and the trees that were for the healing of the nations, though we know the true spiritual trees are the immortal brethren. Brothers Rickey Lewis, Ellis Owens, Kenny Webber, Pat Dew and Sister Meghan Dice oversaw the woodworking designs that were done in the temple. Ez.41:17-26. To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure. And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces; So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about. From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple. The posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other. The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD. And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door. And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without. And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers of the house, and thick planks. Sisters Susie Sankey and Monessa Lewis spent most of their time teaching others the art of making linen garments for the priests to wear. Ez.44:15-19. But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord GOD: They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge. And it shall come to pass, that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come upon them, whiles they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within. They shall have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with any thing that causeth sweat. And when they go forth into the utter court, even into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their garments wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify the people with their garments. The priests were to bake the meal offering and boil the trespass and sin offerings. Two sisters, Annette Owens and Shari Royal presided over these affairs.

The kingdom and all its proceedings, the rulers and administrators, the gradual removal of the curse from the earth with all the beauty this brought about, were all things that those of us who were made immortal could never express our gratitude enough for. We were and still are overwhelmed with God’s mercy in finding us acceptable to enter into this beautiful order, knowing that it has only been made possible by God’s abundant mercy and the blood of the Lamb. Isa.1:18. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Jerusalem, the holy city, had always been a city of promise, since the days of David, for its name means “They shall see peace”. This has now been fulfilled and we have a portion of this land for the prince called Yahweh Shammah or “He who shall be is there”. We have all been given positions we are unworthy of and for this we are forever grateful. Rev.5:5-14. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. Rev.15:2-4. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest. These things from the last 73 years have been kept in remembrance for the mortals in the great library in Jerusalem, operated by Brother Ronnie Sanders. As you enter the library, there is a room everyone must pass through with the artistry and photography of the kingdom in its mustard seed form and through the different stages of growth. Thomas Harrison and Pam Reed have the charge over this. In previous dispensations we had scriptures to give us hope. They were our vision to always spur us on towards our goal. Zech.2:10-13. Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD. And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee. And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. Zech.6:12-15. And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD. And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God. Zech.8:3-8. Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness. Even Jesus, our master, was able to endure the cross, despising the shame, for the joy that was set before him. Even now, as immortals, as much as we love and enjoy the kingdom, we anxiously await the one goal we have left. That is to see sin eradicated from off the earth, the mortals made immortal, and God dwelling with men. Isa.25:8-9. He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. Rev.21:1-7. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. These are the words as they were relayed to me by the great historian Sis. Jane Baldridge. Rev.22:21.
